Delivery Accessibility Improvement for Older Adults in Tompkins County

The Delivery Accessibility Improvement project for older adults aims to enhance access to delivery services for older adults. This project focuses on addressing the challenges older adults face with online ordering and third-party delivery services, primarily due to technological complexities. The research includes quantitative and qualitative interviews with older adults and delivery drivers to understand service usage patterns and obstacles in online ordering. The project's goal is to improve older adults' proficiency in using online delivery applications, thereby bridging the digital divide and empowering them to take advantage of contemporary technological conveniences.
