Privatization/Remunicipalization

Prof. Warner has been tracking the trends in privatization and its reverse (re-municipalization) for the last 25 years. Problems with service quality, lack of cost savings, and stability cause privatization to be less common in the US. Rates of remunicipalization have been stable since 2002.
