Wenzheng Li is a lecturer in the Department of City and Regional Planning. His research centers on regional-scale land use planning, focusing on how policies and planning institutions can foster sustainable and equitable spatial patterns. His work covers regional polycentricity, sustainable urban development in Sub-Saharan Africa, and environmental amenity valuation. He integrates GIS, remote sensing, and urban data analytics into his research. Li holds remote sensing and regional planning degrees and has professional experience in public transportation planning.
