Water In, Water Out Lab

Harman (he/him) is an infrastructure and urban policy enthusiast. He is currently working on broadband infrastructure and access across the United States. His past research has focused on urban policy research, environmental performance of infrastructure systems, gentrification and water quality, and urban water and sanitation infrastructure in the Global South. He is also interested in planning and policy challenges for climate change while building stakeholder capacity towards mitigation and adaptation efforts.
