Andrew Epps

Andrew Epps is a second-year graduate student in City and Regional Planning at Cornell University. He studies urban climate adaptation and regional approaches to land governance that address social and spatial inequities. He is interested in land use reform to protect communities against natural hazards and encourage adaptive use. His current project explores reparative politics as a paradigm for sustainable land use planning to achieve climate justice. Prior to graduate school, he worked in legal and nonprofit research management in Chicago. A Wisconsin native, Andrew earned a B.A. in history from Beloit College.
