Upasana Patgiri
Researcher
Upasana is a second year Master of Regional Planning student at Cornell University. Her background is at the intersection of Urban Planning, Climate Adaptation, GIS and Data Analysis. She is involved in a research project studying how Climate Change and increasing disasters are affecting Housing developments across the U.S., particularly Common Interest Developments, including Homeowner associations and Condominiums.
Before Cornell, she worked on flood risk management and wetlands conservation in India, including a project with WWF India on integrated water management, and research on how communities respond to urban flooding.
