May Lee is currently a Master of Architecture student and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from McGill University. She is interested in how the diverse approaches to sustainability within architectural practice can be applied to strengthen relationships between the built and natural environments, and their human and non-human inhabitants. Specific topics of interest include biodegradable materials, building component lifespans, and adaptive reuse. Her interest in adaptive reuse stems from past professional experience working on a heritage building rehabilitation in Canada.
