Jamie is a fifth-year B.Arch student at Cornell AAP pursuing a minor in real estate. She believes architecture exists through the collaboration between designers, policymakers, and other stakeholders. Through her two internships working in real estate development, she learned the complexities of a building's life cycle, which made her interested in how architectural thinking can be paired with policies and development to create comfortable spaces that strengthen local communities. Outside of her research and academic pursuits, she volunteers as a mentor for the students in the AAP pre-college program and at the Architectural League of NY.
