Melody Chen is a Master in Regional Planning student with a background in documentary filmmaking and gathering oral histories. She has worked on a variety of films and immersive reality projects to document and preserve alternative histories and diverse ethnic experiences. Her work has led her to an interest in community development, preservation of history through film, and using multimedia storytelling as an educational tool for social engagement and collective action.
