Eliza is from a small town in Upstate New York called Queensbury. She grew up Nordic Ski racing and playing the cello. She attended Bates College where she majored in Environmental Studies and minored in Art and Urbanism. She then worked for the town of Brunswick, Maine where she promoted food waste recycling to town residents. She is passionate about environmental justice and climate adaptation planning. She hopes to explore inclusivity and climate resilience planning throughout her time as a Master's student.
