What can observations of emerging planning scholars tell us about the field of planning theory?
Cornell University graduate students explore their intellectual journeys and reflections on planning theory in a 2022 Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning poster presentation. Creation of the poster was led by Yu Wang with co-authors: Jennifer Minner, Courtney Bower, Natassia Bravo, Soojung Han, Laura Leddy, Yousuf Mahid, Antonio Moya-Latorre, Carlos Lopez Ortiz, Gina Yeonkyeong Park, Yating Ru, Andrea Urbina, and Zoe Zhuojun Wang. This poster shares fruitful tensions in studying planning theory and its application in the research endeavors, practices, and lives of doctoral and master’s students in the fields of city and regional planning, regional science, and anthropology.
